Thank you to the man that went to extra effort to clean all the utensils this afternoon. As a coeliac, it was amazing to see so many GF options and to have someone knowledgeable and kind to help. Will be coming back, time and time again!

Ice cream is good, but service is terrible. Every time I go I get served by young teenagers who don’t have any manners or people skills. They rudely ask for your order without salutations, and laughed at me when I asked whether they could mix two flavours in one scoop. Owner needs to hire better staff.

Cam & Jen do such a great job with Scoop Gelati. Such a welcoming experience for all customers. The Gelato is second to none. It has all the awards & voted best on the Gold Coast Overall. The best part about it. Is there such a humble bunch of people & such a cool crew. Many great flavours. There best Sorbet I've had is there Pina Colada. Followed by Pink Passion & I loved the Rock Melon Sorbet. There's a miso Caramel one there too. Definitely worth a try. Sorbets are very small part of their business. So there's many more dairy based flavours to choose from & now they have Uber Eats. Go get it!!!

The gelato here always provides a consistent taste. Even when I order through the Uber eats, they delivered quick and the ice cream doesn't melt.

As the humidity kicks in what better than a scoop or two of gelato and does this place deliver!!! Had my all time favourite (rum and raisin) and Scoop Gelati make the best I have ever tasted!!! Hope it’s humid tomorrow so I can justify another trip to Scoop!!!
