I see Dr Kerry Harris at Integrative Health Solutions. She was recommended to me by a family member. She and other professionals in this practice are very well educated, kind and helpful. I really like the wholistic approach and natural therapy focus it has. I’ve learnt so much about my body and health on a deep level since being a patient here. I feel listened to - really heard. Consults are not rushed. You have time to ask questions. Would recommend this GP practice if you’re looking for high quality and integrative healthcare.

Extremely efficient practice. One of the friendly nurses had a chat with me to sort out the paperwork and took my blood pressure before going through to the amazing doctor. This truly saved time and enabled the doctor to spend more time to my concerns during the consultation. Truly the best experience I have ever had for a doctors appointment.

After visiting Integrative Health Solutions for the first time today as a new patient I found them to be an extremely understanding health practice that displayed lots of support, empathy & care for my current health needs. I don't often have positive experiences at medical clinics but this place changed that. The reception staff and nurse were very lovely and helpful. I saw Dr Zwarts, he was incredibly thorough, non judgemental and I left feeling heard. I went for a CBD prescription, but he helped me with much more than that, which I'm super appreciative for. I feel like this was a major step in my health journey and it was well worth the 45min drive.

I happily drive 45 minutes to visit this practice, Dr Kerry Harris in particular. I love how the consultations aren’t rushed. I have time to discuss my health and ask questions. Dr Kerry is very knowledgeable and down to earth and is easy to understand. The compounding pharmacy often has tricky to find medicines. There are many different services included in this practice.

My son had been a patient here for some time and although the care from the doctor was knowledgeable and thorough, I can not condone their extortionate fees. I was charged $156.95 for a 12 minute follow up call to pass on one result from a test that was over a month late. I had already paid approx $260 for the previous follow up call to receive results. This seems an extreme hourly rate and pretty unreasonable as it was not our error that the one result was so late back. Some human empathy and consideration towards patients who are already paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars for tests and consults wouldnt go a miss. For an integrative practice, it appears more of a corporate money making machine. Very disappointed and now using a new integrative practitioner who is much more reasonable.

Utterly disappointed with my recent experiences at this clinic. I have been a patient of the clinic since 2017 and have regularly seen various doctors throughout. Over the past two years I have noticed a slow decline of the previous approach whereby the service was focused on patients, the reception and overall approach was about the services to the value of the patient. Unfortunately, I can no longer say that this appears to be the case. First recent experience, I just needed to renew a script (which I have had many times before) through their website but the link on their website wasn't working. So I then had to call and book a phone consult with a doctor for a simple renewal of script. Of which I had to give my payment card details so that they could charge my card directly after the appointment. The conversation with the doctor went for less than 5 minutes. I was not told the value of this appointment so placed enough money of which I thought a 3 minute discussion would cost for a script. Nothing.....was not told of any value.Separate occasion, I call to reduce the time for an upcoming appointment (given more than 48 hours notice) and placed on hold.....for over 10 minutes. No-one comes back to check whether you are happy to remain on hold, they just keep you there. Even circling back after 3 minutes would have been sufficient asking whether patients want to remain on hold....nothing. After not being able to remain on hold any longer, I hung up.Called back the next day. Earlier in the morning, spoke with a person in reception (I won't give names) of which I politely explained my recent experiences and observations and how unfortunate this was and whether there is room for improvement. I was advised that they could have 9 lines on hold at any point, they have patients at the reception desk and therefore don't have ability to check back in with those holding on the phone. Ultimately came down to me to have to say I'm not happy to remain on hold and therefore putting me, the patient, in the situation to have to be somewhat impolite. Clearly this person wasn't the best person to speak with regarding an open mind. I then explained that I don't need a half hour appt anymore (therefore giving someone else an opportunity to see this particular doctor) as I only need 5 minutes for a referral. I was told that my doctor would prefer half hour bookings for patients. I explained that I don't need a half hour, don't even need 15 minutes and nor want to be charged for time I don't take up. Reluctantly the 15 minute block was booked.Later this day, I get another call back from the same clinic now telling me that the appt I had a week earlier didn't get paid. I explained that this was a surprise considering money was in the account, I was not told how much they wanted to charge so thought $80 for less than 5 minutes was enough to get a script and that I had previously spoken with a receptionist this morning and was not told anything about an outstanding account. I asked how much the cost for the less than 5 minute appt was and it came to >$94. For a simple script that I have had many times before. Medicare only gives back approx $39 so I am out $55 for less than 5 minutes.As I have tried talking to two staff members regarding patient service, of which I was met with clear rebuff I can only conclude that as a result of the times, this clinic is now about what serves the doctors and the clinic - not servicing the patients. Without patients, there would be no clinic. In a day in age where every dollar matters, everybody is feeling pain and the outcome of connectivity as a result of COVID, it is beyond frustrating that the basic of requests now cost the price of a family dinner out at a pub, with blatant disregard for service to boot.I have had to use my partners google account to put this review up, as I don't have a google account.
