Very poor after sales service. Numerous emails to Lanser development staff and phone requests to call back regarding a boundary issue of their making, - response (the sound of crickets).Not recommended - Fail

I can not thank Lanser especially Brad enough his knowledge is second to none he is warm and very welcoming great at communicating. Brad was with us every step of the way and with out his help i do not think our sale would have not gone though. If you have thought about buying land though Lanser do it you will not regret it they are fantastic people that offer land in great communities.

Brilliant thanks Karen at Aston Hills and the Lanser team. Very helpful and it was nice to deal with a company with good customer service, took the stress out of the process. Looking forward to moving in!

Very poor communications from these guys. My son has had a deposite on a townhouse in Miravale now for nearly 2 years. All construction stopped just before Christmas and nobody will tell him what's going on with them. I have been told by residents that the builders have walked off the job and not Miravale or Lancer will give any updates. He should of been moving in in April this year. UPDATED REVIEW......Have now had a very helpful staff member called Monique deal with all the issues and is giving me weekly updates.

Approach with caution.They made my contract out to the wrong address, left out “ subject to” details and did not try to fix the issue. No apology, no customer service.... nothing. I withdrew because of their lack of detail, concern and service.Edit: Owen Stankiewicz their assistant marketing manager has left a self review score lol... 3 days after this review.A class act.
