Elena is beyond amazing!We initially contacted her about 18 months ago to discuss the possibility of my husband getting his permanent residency reinstated. I was hesitant as we’d been living in Canada for so long (almost 20 years) and I thought we’d have very little chance. Elena was pretty confident we could get it and recommended we give it a shot considering it’s a few hundred dollars for an RRV application vs $10,000 for the PR visa application from scratch. We had began the process of getting all our required backup documents to Elena when my life sort of turned upside down. My Dad in Australia already had a degenerative condition that was progressing very quickly and then my mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Despite this making us getting to Australia more urgent, the whole application process just seemed so overwhelming to me (even though we had done most of it and Elena handles the tricky stuff) it was more than I could handle during this time. We had a cutoff date for when the application needed to be submitted by and we literally had it to Elena on the 11th hour. Instead of telling me to find another lawyer, she was so understanding, compassionate and supportive and as far as I know dropped everything else she had going on at the time to finalize our application and get it in. She took it upon herself to contact immigration and request that it be given priority due to the circumstances. In three months to the day, my husband’s RRV was granted! I couldn’t believe it! And with a longer travel authority attached to it than we thought we were entitled to. Elena is an absolute gem and really knows her stuff. Honestly, if you need an immigration lawyer she’s your lady!!

I definitely recommend Elena as a professional immigration agent. Her help is especially needed when your case is not an ordinary one or when you just want to be 100% sure. Elena can do everything possible or even impossible to achieve the desired result for you.My husband found Elena through the word of mouth and we have been working with her for the last 4 years now. She corrected inaccuracies, omissions, mistakes of the previous agent (who – by the way - had a sufficient advertisement in social media). That is what we like most in her approach – there is no “should be fine”, there is always “solid correct”. As a result my husband and son were granted a permanent residency. The whole process took 3 years.My case was even more tricky. I got 5 (!) visitor visas one after another thanks to Elena’s efforts and her brilliant cover letters to the Department of Home Affairs. So I could stay in Australia with my family for 3 years without a break. When I was finally eligible to apply for a partner visa Elena did it for me and it was granted recently.I think you understand why we will apply for a citizenship through Elena at this point.
