I went there to get passport photos and the camera woman skill is horrid, not spoken a word, just point & shoot. Photos were not clear and dark. I will never go back again. Emailed the worst shot to me.

One of the FAST Australia Posts. I always go here if I need to send something. They have all the packaging you could need, and using the Australia Post app, you can get a discount on deliveries the more you send.When you walk into Lutwyche Mall, it's just a little up on the right.

Wow!!! Worst Australia Post experience! If the weird set up of the parcel collection being a window in a wall of the carpark isn't enough, the rude staff certainly make it a do not go back" experience. My parcel was addressed to myself and a business owner. He was denied collection. I had to take time off work to go here. I was treated so poorly. I was told "I'm not being rude bit don't ever do this again" and "and if you do this again do not tell anyone we did it last time because we will deny it" multiple times. So glad I do not live in this district so only have to use them once. Appalling customer service."

The staff upstairs are absolutely lovely and helpful! Wish I could say the same for parcel collection. From being snapped at, lectured, and just generally feeling belittled and unimportant - the parcel collection absolutely sucks. We have always had great experiences upstairs and with our postie - but that lady is rude, mean, degrading, and quite frankly - rash.

Wow, we need some new reviews of this place, because the customer service was super friendly, pleasant and impeccable! As soon as I walked in the staff made eye contact with me, smiled at me, and asked me how they could help. Without me asking she helped me tape up my box, and she took the time to explain the tracking information, etc.On top of that, this is a great location with plenty of indoor parking.Really, it was just a really nice experience. These guys don't deserve the bad reviews. I'll happily come back here again.Erik

The customer service here is poor. Each staff member says something different about the same thing on the same day. You go to the shop and they tell you you have to parcel collections. Then when you go to parcel collections they tell you you have to go to the shop.The franchise owner is also very unhelpful and makes it difficult to resolve issues. I would not recommend using this location to others. Find somewhere else to do business. The only way that you will get change is to financially impact this business by going to another branch to do your Australia Post needs.

Poorly managed parcel collection service. Dumped my parcel at the 24/7 locker when I had requested drop off at my front door. Didn’t even check if the locker is functional before close their business. Came 4 times to collect the parcel and locker was broken, unable to open the door. Worst local post office.

Downstairs parcel collection point window service is awful, lost a parcel I dropped off there. Only to be told by their online customer service team they don’t accept parcels for delivery (makes sense to me now because that would be far too convenient for customers right) only collections. However they did accept mine, but now oddly have a strange recollection of the event, but of me giving my parcel to someone who wasn’t a staff member to post. What? Umm I handed it to the staff member in the parcel point window.

I’ve had multiple parcels delivered to this location without a problem. Staff have been both kind and quickThe carpark location is a bit odd, but there is pedestrian access from the street so you don’t have to mingle with cars unless you are coming from the shops upstairs.

Not a good Australia Post. You have to queue up for 10-20 minutes in a hot underground car park to collect your package, because they don’t want the queue in the store. There’s 1 worker who gives packages out to a queue of 20-30 people waiting. It’s ridiculous.
