I had a gouge in the toe of my RM Williams boots and took them into Steve's Keys and Shoe Repairs to see if they could do anything to remove the blemish. He took a couple of minutes to do his magic at the bench and the buffing machine and returned the boots to me as good as new! I was given a have a great day" and left without any charge.Friendly
