Online booking was easy and on time when I arrived for my appointment. I filled in details on for my customer form. Lisa, the acupuncturist was attentive and demonstrated attention to detail as she noted the medical condition I had. She checked in with me during the session to ensure I was comfortable. Post session I started to feel my tense muscle issues dissipate. I found service to be prompt and professional.

I made an online booking, it was confirmed- when I showed up the shop was closed, I called the number on their website, and was told the masseur was not in today but the manager could accommodate me 3 hours from my appointment time.... needless to say I WONT be booking with them again.

yes i booked via the website. and i did get a confirmation email for that day and time. i still have it here....................what a waste of time this place is.. i made a online booking. for 11 30.. only to get there and they tell me.. they are too busy to give me a massage. can i come back later.. why have a online booking system. if you dont honour the bookings.. very poor form indeed..
