Krista was an enormous help while choosing everything for the bathroom renovation. Everything arrived as advised and very happy with my selections. This is the second time I have used NCP. Previous was for a full renovation of my ensuite where on this occasion Darren assisted me. I find NCP staff are very friendly and professional and know about the products they sell. Would recommend and use again in need. Thank you Krista and Darren and NCP!

The communication with NCP lacked a little follow-up. When I lodged my request for a plumber I had to chase them to find out when they were coming even though they told me they would call me and I would get an approach call. The staff who take the calls could benefit by being a little more helpful. Rick was the plumber who was assigned and he was fantastic. He was super friendly and explained everything that needed to be done before he did it showed me the end results. Could really recommend NCP just because of Rick! The reception staff and follow up less so.

Ncp assigned Rom who was an excellent and thoughtful plumber with good communication skills, who addressed our somewhat customised and unique plumbing needs competently . It is reassuring to have North Coast Plumbing as a reliable plumbing service and demonstrate they have good staff on board . I have no hesitation in recommending NCP.

As a professional designer and renovator I can happily recommend NCP for all plumbing needs. From our first point of contact with the team we were impressed - excellent service and communication. The range stocked by NCP provides a style and price point for a large range of clients and I feel confident that all stock carried by NCP is good quality which is important when looking at kitchen and bathroom fixtures/fittings that need to be durable to withstand daily use over a long period of time. We will always go to NCP for our plumbing needs.
