We recently built a beautiful home with ACX industries and couldn’t be happier with the end result!We started our journey in 2020 by designing our dream home, however needed a builder who had the same vison we did. Our build started whilst Victoria was going through lockdowns, but to our surprise this didn’t hold up our build. Alex was organised, very professional in all our interactions, transparent in was included and made the whole process very easy and stress free.Alex has been in the building industry for a long while and his passion for what he does and attention to detail shines through. We initially met with Alex in his office where he went through our initial quote, based off this our contract was created. Alex was able to answer our many questions with detail and from experience, and offered many ideas that we hadn’t considered prior to speaking with him. Again, his passion was evident.The initial quote we received from AXC was very competitive and had some great inclusions such as high ceilings, double glazing throughout the home, a great range of floor/tiles and 40mm stone benchtops. Alex kept us informed each step of the way and was easy to communicate with if we had any questions or concerns. We were able to go onsite throughout the process, to check the progress of our home. This was very reassuring as we could see our vision slowly take shape. We wanted out kitchen to be the ‘heart’ of our home and were very keen to see how this turned out. Alex would often send us photos of the progress of our kitchen, but we were blown away when we got to see it in person. We were invited to see our kitchen which was being put together by Joe from ….. Joe was very easy to deal with and had lots of experience in the industry. We were very impressed by his attention to detail, precise measurements and willingness to create a timeless kitchen that met the brief.Most of the time we dealt directly with Alex, but when we did speak with any other tradespeople they were polite, friendly and happy to give us a quick update. At the start of our build Alex said he would build our home as if he was building his own, and he definitely delivered on this. Not only is Alex a knowledgeable, skilled builder he is also genuine, friendly, family man who was an absolute pleasure to meet and work alongside.With big builders dominating the industry, it’s not easy to come by a quality builder, and ACX is unquestionably one of the best! If we ever build again, we will be giving ACX a call.

We built our beautiful home in Greenvale in 2021 with Alex from ACX Industries. We couldn't be happier with the quality and the final outcome of the build.ACX allowed us to custom design our home and floor plan which exceeded our expectations of what we could build on a fairly small block of land.Alex has a wealth of knowledge, great attention to detail and was accessible and easy to communicate with from the start to the end of the building process.It was challenging to say the least building in between lock downs and restrictions but Alex and his team were prepared and completed our build in the agreed time frame which was amazing!The tradies were very accommodating, great to deal with and we were allowed on site to check the progress of the build.Joe the cabinet maker was fantastic, we met with him on site and he and Alex helped us design our dream kitchen!I would highly recommend ACX industries and we would definitely build with them again.

We have recently moved into our custom home built by ACX Industries and we could not be happier with the result. We were building in a time with a lot of uncertainty in the building industry however the process with ACX Industries was incredibly smooth with very minimal delay. We were able to customise and design the whole house to exactly what we wanted and had a wide range of selections externally and internally. Alex our builder was very responsive to our queries and meticulous in his work, and the workmanship of all the tradespeople was excellent. We are so happy we chose ACX Industries and have already recommended them to our family and friends.

I recently built my home with ACX Industries, my experience with Alex and Constance was one of piece of mind. My home was being built through the very difficult time of Covid, that did not stop Alex who was always organised with incredible time management. I was advised of the process every step of the way and given assistance with the colour selection. My wife and I have known Alex and Constance for some time now. Knowing Alex is a renowned builder, I spoke to him 10 years ago and said “Alex, you will build my home.”Fast forward 10 years to 2019, we dived into a knock down and rebuild of our property. Alex’s superb organisation skills and no nonsense attitude enabled our home to be built from start to finish in 5 months’ time. When there were issues (and there wasn’t many of them), Alex would promptly contact either by email or phone and these were solved very quickly with minimal fuss.All of his contractors were a delight to meet and all were willing to help out in every way they can. Alex knew our budget and made recommendations accordingly without blowing out our budget.The workmanship and materials are of top quality and Alex does not settle for anything less. Honesty and pride are what drives him and it shows in his build. The “skeleton” of the house which I consider the most important in the build was done excellently. Some features (ie. Double glazed windows) which would be considered as an option for other builders, is considered a standard option for Alex.Every stage of the build was clear and any variations were communicated before execution.3 months maintenance and 7 years warranty come as standard. All certificates will be presented upon completion of the build.In conclusion, I would highly recommend Alex to any person who wishes to build their home. My wife and I thank Alex and Constance for their efforts (and patience) to build our dream home.
