I had a fantastic experience at Luv Bridal. It was my first time ever trying on dresses and the selection they have is amazing. Beatrice is fantastic at her job and was extremely accommodating and helpful. If I could give more stars I would!!

I had a wonderful experience at Luv Bridal. John was my consultant and he was incredible. I found him to be super personable, warm whilst also honest. This is important to me. I tried on a few dresses which were all lovely but landed on the one that led me to the store in the first place. I really like that the staff do not overwhelm you, they make you feel very comfortable and do not push you into something you are not sure on. John gave expert advice and guidance and he was also extremely kind to my family and friends who joined some visits. The shop itself has a diverse range of gowns and accessories, in every style and every price. I already recommend Luv Bridal to all everyone I know who is getting married. I will cherish the experience for years to come and I can't wait to share some photos. My wedding is in July in Italy so we still have more adventure ahead of us!! A lot of people only get to experience this once, and after a stressful day of running around the city, the glass of champagne offered when I arrived at the showroom was a nice spot to stop and find a dress for our special day! Daisy was welcoming to myself and my sisters, very kind and helped me out by answering all my questions and finding me a dress perfect for our elopement coming in December. The dresses I had researched were already brought out and pointed out for me when I arrived. Selection is lovely, I ended up purchasing from the rack with a very nice discount, only minor alterations needed. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend!

My experience at LUV Bridal wasn't the best unfortunately. The dresses were beautiful but the experience was not.I felt like an inconvenience coming into the store, nobody greeted me and then after finding someone who worked there we stood around for about 15mins (cutting into my appointment time) waiting for some direction.The consultant would leave the room after dressing me which forced me to stand there waiting for her to come back so I could change. There was no suggestions of other dresses to try or ideas on what I could do with the dresses.She ended my appointment early after I tried all my selected dresses and, again, stood around waiting for some direction of what to do next.I did not feel valued as a bride, let alone a customer.If you know exactly what dress you want, go there. But if you're after guidance and someone to go above and beyond, I'd recommend somewhere else.

Luv Bridal Sydney gave me the most amazing and comforting experience. With it being the first bridal boutique I had been to, I was so overwhelmed to begin with when I first came to their showroom in January this year. Today i left feeling comfortable and happy, walking out the door with my bridal gown. I am beyond grateful for the experience and service I received. My consultant John, from the moment I met him he was engaging, welcoming, honest and patient. He had the time to work through the gowns I tried on and to pick my brain in order to find 'the one'. He was relatable and comfortable whilst also continuing to look/be professional. When picking up my dress today with Nicole, she was also very welcoming, giving plenty of advice for alterations and accessory options.The communication overall was fantastic with emails being responded to in an appropriate time frame.Luv Bridal has been amazing and I can't recommend them enough.Thank you.

The store at Luv bridal is so beautifully set out. Great private rooms and champagne once we hit the room. I did however have my 2 bridesmaids one of their daughters my Mum and another cousin, but we had travelled 4 -6 hours just to visit the store. I didn’t feel very welcome. The lady I had didn’t really listen to what I liked and kept bringing in dresses that didn’t fit or what I wanted or liked. I think she spent more time out of the room than being in the room. I went out once to go looking at dresses and couldn’t find her but I couldn’t even have someone walk out with me to have a look. Even thought she asked what I wanted and she wrote it all down which is what I thought she was doing. This was my very first time trying on dresses. It was very upsetting. None of my guests could go looking for the next dress while I was trying one on.I’m hoping that when I go back in 2 weeks this is a lot better. As I had called about one dress I did like they had no other sizes but she didn’t clarify on the day when or if they could get the dress I liked. The lady on the phone daisy was amazing. If it wasn’t for her kindness over the phone I wouldn’t be going back. For people like myself who didn’t have a budget, I felt so unimportant when this is suppose to be one of the best days for a girl. When I found a dress I loved they said was discontinued I didn’t get more info after that, not even a: we could see something similar or what dresses I could get altered to look similar. After I told her I loved this dress she brought in a dress that looked nothing like it. I walked out of that shop so upset that I cried. This place really needs to reevaluate how they can help in any appointment to get the best expectations within the appointment for customer just by making a phone call the day before and ask questions that took over 15-20 mins to ask when you get there, we also stood around for 10 minutes before going into our room. So there is half an hour of your appointment gone. Waste of time. After I had left I have looked online and they have a dress I really want to see so hopefully I can review this feedback once I return from my second visit

After a terrible experience with another bridal store and with 6 months left till my big day, LUV went above and beyond to help me find my absolute dream dress. Amber who helped me in my first appointment was honest and didn’t pressure me at all. She was so wonderful. As we had to rush order the dress they kept me updated. The dress came so quickly and when picking it up Leonie was a joy to chat too and such a delight. I loved the process entirely and could not recommend another bridal store more highly! Xx

Luv Bridal was the second stop on my journey to finding a wedding dress and I wish that this was my first experience. Leona was a fantastic help, working with an open brief, as I had absolutely no idea what I wanted, she recommended styles that would suit my body and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. We ended up finding the dress, it was the first I tried on and one I didn't pick out for myself. I ended up leaving happy and confident unlike the first fitting I had. Thank you Leona!

Luv Bridal & formal Sydney was the first bridal shop I visited because it claimed to be size inclusive. As a plus size girl I was hesitant to try on wedding dresses, based on the many bad experiences I have heard in the past.However my consultant Leona made the experience so special and fun. She took me and my family into a bridal suit, popped some bubbles and asked me questions about what I had envisioned. As I am eloping very soon Leona was up front with my options and only showed me realistic choices.Without really knowing what I wanted after a few different dresses Leona managed to find a dress that encapsulated all the positive about the other dresses. I definitely had my bridal moment, It fit me like a glove and was able to be bought off the shelf.If anyone is hesitant about going wedding dress shopping as a plus size girl please consider going to Luv Bridal & Formal Sydney, dresses actually fit and the staff are all genuine which is what you want for this kind of experience.

I recently went to Luv Bridal after attending a few bridal stores before hand and let me tell you boy did they knock out the competition. Luv Bridal in Sydney makes you feel the way you should when trying on a wedding dress. Nicole was my consultant, she was incredibly kind, patient and so amazingly helpful! I had a pretty strict budget and timeframe to work within, but this did not stop Nicole from making me feel at ease and still helping me to try on a range of dresses until I found the one. The store is also beautiful. If you want a movie like experience when wedding dress shopping I highly recommend.
