Grace Threading Browns Plains

I was passing by grace threading in Browns plains plaza and it was 3.40pm they close at 4pm they lady who was sitting there I asked her about the price for threading, I guess 10-15 minutes is enough for it and if they are professional it’s done very quickly. I asked her if she can do it, she said no as it is closing time. She wasn’t even doing the closing, she was just sitting on the phone, 0 to your customer service and priority. Not coming back ever.

Came home devastated and would like my $395 for a haircut and colour back. I have numerous complaints in just one sitting. The water was so hot when they commenced to wash my hair I had to immediately tell them before I got scalded. The lady dropped the comb on the floor and then continued to use it. Got water all over my face. Colour on the back on my top. Had to wait for an hour before I was seated when I had an appointment and the list goes on. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and only after the money.

Went to pay after getting my eyebrows done. “Sorry cash only” while her ATM machine was sitting there working. I wasn’t made aware of this before I sat down. I gave the lady a $50 note and was told no change, I need exact amount. Not good enough, can’t help but think the ATM machine isn’t used to avoid paying fees or tax. Won’t be back

I asked for thick eyebrows and just a clean up but the lady completely removed my eyebrows and made them so thin I’m shocked. And she was so unprofessional she had her kid at the salon and the whole entire time she was talking to her and going towards her and not focusing on what she was doing. I’m not happy and won’t be coming back here. My eyebrows are ruined and I have to grow them out fully to be able to get them fixed next time somewhere else. Omg

I had henna applied to my eyebrows and I said to the lady, please I don’t want it to dark, I want a natural look, I want it faded in the front then darker as it goes to the ends, yep, yep the lady said, she starts to apply the henna. A few minutes go by and I asked the lady can I make a suggestion and before I could finish what I was going to say, another lady came and wiped off the front part so that it could fade and look natural. Then a few minutes later the lady wiped the rest of it off, it is too dark I said to her, she said in a few days it’ll be lighter, and she she also said it looks good to me. Now I’m not one to complain, but if what I asked for isn’t what I get then I’m going to say something. Ladies just be mindful when you ask for something, remember it’s not always going to be what you asked for, well, in my opinion. I have been coming here off and on over the years and it’s a hit or miss depending on who you get. I have had plenty of experiences at this place of business, I’m hoping this is a one off. Honestly I was worried at first with how dark they were after the henna tattoo, but I don’t think I’m used to it. It’s been over a week now and it’s still visible like the lovely lady said. I’m absolutely happy with them and I’ve never seen them so even before! Definitely coming back in the future

went in this morning to see Monica, she was very prompt with service even with 2 other clients, due to myself getting brow lamination i only wanted the bottom freshened up which was no issue. Will definitely be going back.

I have blonde hair however, I like my eyebrows a bit darker. It's my opinion and my preference.The girls do a great job not denying that but when I ask for brown tint in my eyebrows and she applies the lightest shade possible and says this is better" no. That's not what i asked for. I asked her to do it again and she saod it would cost more. So i left. Not on. I will go back because theres one lady that listens and is super talented but will only see her from now on"

I don't even want to give 1 star but I hope the management is reading this I went there today asked the girls exactly how and what I wanted to get done on my.brows she was ignorant and rushed the threading. But everytime you walk past the booth the girls have time to talk and laugh. A little care would have been appreciated and the fact we pay $20 I expect the eyebrows to be done perfectly and thoroughly. Please look into this.
