I have purchased afew reptiles from various places over years but will now only do business through Sydney reptiles. Not only was the customer service amazing but the knowledge behind all products and animals. Could not recommend this place highly enough.

I dropped in today and was so happy with the service I receive. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great advice and beautiful reptiles for same. Recommend highly.

Got a baby blue tongue and enclosure from Ian two weeks ago its been nothink but pleasure to deal with Ian the whole experience has been easy the young fella loves his lizard and with Ian happy to awswer all our newbie questions we know wer taking cair of our new family member the best we can wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys for all your reptile needs

I purchased a 40 tub hatchy rack and couldn’t be happier.The rack looks great and the craftsmanship is excellent.Ian was great to deal with and kept me updated along the build process.Delivery was also provided just in time for my clutch to hatch.I would recommend Sydney Reptiles if you are in need of a new enclosure or rack system.

Ian is super friendly and loves his job. He had infinite patience while my two boys pestered him with endless questions and he really helped me feel confident in choosing to bring our little girl, Penny, home (Carpet). We discussed at length what I wanted on a Friday evening over messenger and then planned our visit for a convenient time Saturday when he bought several snakes for us to meet. When it came time to first hold her, he walked us through the process and the boys and I fell in love instantly. The passion Ian has not only for his business but for spreading the love of reptiles to others is clearly on show. I highly recommend and am convinced now that snakes are one of the best pets, especially in an apartment and for Australians. Celebrate our natives and visit Ian and his shop as soon as possible.
