We needed a bouquet of roses urgently, no where else could supply. My brother made a phone call and she said she would do what she could!We were presented with the most stunning 2 dozen red roses! Absolutely beautiful presentation and quality and in less than an hours notice! Absolutely sensational and will use again! 10/10

Drove a few hours, four hour round trip, to buy roses after glowing reviews and excellent recommendations. What happened? I was rudely yelled at by some woman because I went to look at some roses that were sold (they aren't tagged as sold). I asked for the prices, and was told to bring it to the counter and someone would tell me the prices. The roses aren't the best, weeds growing in pots, some pots were dry, a few mislabelled (red rose on label, white flower). A few friends went to the counter to buy, and some of the roses were taken off them, not available as they were to fulfil an order! No help, just rudely snatched! We could see that something was up here, perhaps too much pressure? We would have bought other roses, but there was no communication and no real assistance. Unfortunately, they let several hundred dollars just walk out the door! Get some people out to give you a hand, I am sure that people would even donate their time for a few hours to help you out.

I needed a particular rose to commemorate the passing of a loved one as well as some individual roses. Donelle was so lovely and helpful and ordered in the rose I needed. Very compassionate and knowledgeable lady

My daughter and I ordered a box of flowers with a beautiful cup and saucer added for my Sister-in-Law's birthday. From the moment I rang to order to the gorgeous bouquet and cup/saucer set which exceeded expectations, the contact was super friendly, eager to help with a touch of shared laughter. Just can't praise Donelle's high enough. Such a positive experience, the quickest delivery (considering I only ordered this morning and they arrived well under 4 hours later) and the cherry being the divine floral arrangement. I would recommend to all without hesitation if you are looking for quality service from a quality florist.

I've used Donelle's for many years because the plants don't die, service is excellent and Donelle's knowledge is extensive. Prices are reasonable, quality is great and she/they will source what you want that she doesn't have in stock. Excellent in all aspects! Sharon

Asked 1 week ago if this business had a particular rose. Responded quickly and advised they'd let me know the following day. I chased two more times through messenger. No responses..Then they blocked me when I advised I'd be letting the person who directed me to this business (qld Rose society), their poor service.Seriously..Customer service.Level pathetic.
