Amazing quality fire wood. Ordering was easy the updates and tracking of the bloke delivering it was amazing and seamless. The driver was efficient and easily got the bag off with the hiab leaving basically no marks on our soaking soft grass. Highly recommend what a top company.

I ordered 3 ton of top soil 80 m2 of buffalo grass on a Tuesday for Saturday delivery I got told I would be up first. Took delivery around 11:30 on the hottest day of the year top soil was fine the first pallet of grass was okay a little dry . The second pallet half the grass was of very poor quality. I aired my views and got brushed off. I returned the two pallets to the yard at Tarren Point for a refund as discussed. Then I had to chase the refund for the pallets. The delivery driver was a pleasure to deal with . The office on the other hand left much to be desired.

**Editing my initial first bad review into a positive review **I had a bad experience here, however it was quickly rectified and put down to a misunderstanding and miscommunication. Management jumped on the issue as quickly as they could and supplied excellent customer service. Good to see businesses with great customer service and taking reviews seriously.

Recently got 2 tonnes of topsoil and 20 square metres of turf delivered by BC Sands. They turned up when they said they would, sending a text message on the day, then rang us to confirm they were coming at a precise time and then another call as they were with a kilometre of our house. Truck driver/crane operator was skilled and friendly. All items deposited safely without any bother despite there being two trees nearby. The soil was excellent quality and clean, so we were able to shovel and level it quickly. The Bermuda grass is gorgeous. Lush, healthy turf that looks lovely laid out. We were so impressed, we've decided to lay a whole lot more turf and have put in another order. High quality at good prices. Highly recommended.

I have had two deliveries of Mulch from BC Sands. A cubic metre of Softwood and a cubic metre of hardwood. Cannot fault the quality of the product it’s the best I have seen. Great service for domestic homes as they have a small 3 tonne tipper which will not damage your driveway. Their senior driver Mark takes great care to place the load exactly where you want it. He is very polite and courteous to customers. Highly recommend BC Sands for all your landscaping needs.

I had a 10/10 experience my last 3 transactions with you. This time I purchased 3 X 500kg of Pelliger firewood and the product is of high quality, dry, well cut and as described. Customer journey was well orchestrated, communicated and the delivery driver was polite, helpful and on time. Thank you!

Terrible service and terrible prices.I received no communication until 20 minutes before the end of the delivery window and was then sent an email (no phone call) stating the delivery would not occur for a further 4 days.They could have at least let me know first thing in the morning so I didn't have to pay someone to be waiting to receive the delivery that wasn't even coming.Poor effort.I ended up ordering from another supplier, who delivered same day and for half the price for the exact same order.

Picking up 2 x 125kg fire wood that I had pre-ordered using their website. It hadn't been made up so I was kept waiting and so were the other customers behind me, who where tradesman running a business. There needs to be at least two (2) people to serve, load, and organise customers and orders. It makes for smooth running with happy customers and staff that aren't run off their feet.
