I went to buy a mobile phone, a laptop and a tablet. The girl that sells mobile phone was very rude. She was forcing clients to buy Samsung.As soon as I decided to go with an Oppo, she was clearly annoyed. Few more people was complaining about her attitude.

I went there to buy a speaker system and ended up walking away empty handed. There seemed to be plenty of staff but two people were dealing with one person at the counter and they genuinely didn't seem interested in doing business with anyone. The place wasn't at all busy I think the staff there just weren't interested. Not saying it is bad all the time because I am rarely there but it wasn't a good experience. I did wait a reasonable amount of time.

Been meaning to give a review since June- July 2022 and here it is finally.Bec the store manager is hands down the best retail manager I've encountered in a long time. She helped smooth a major issue when switching from optus to Telstra. She was patient and was batting for the customer the whole time. Thanks Bec for a memorable customer service experience.

I needed to buy a new laptop. I dealt with Chris whose technical and product knowledge ensured I got the right laptop. Coupled with his excellent customer service made the purchase a rewarding experience. Highly recommended

What a nightmare JB Hi-Fi Midland Home is for returning a faulty Electrolux pet stick vac... would've happily exchanged for a more expensive WORKING alternative item and given them more money for the privilege, but no, dealing with the Inquisition over what the fault was (overheating and powering down after approx 1-5 minutes of use) and then having to prove it (spoiler - a sales person vacuuming air instead of pet-hair covered carpet is not going to recreate the fault!) Had to use the Karen card (can we speak to the manager), only to find the power trip clearly started at the top... after such poor customer service of about an hour's duration, our only option was to request a full refund instead of exchange, which was at that point like pulling teeth... it took my poor little elderly mum (whose ineffectual attempts to vacuum for anything more than 5-minute intervals for a mere 2 weeks led to the decision not to exchange for the same product), on the verge of tears or violence (I wouldn't have blamed her for either) to demand to be treated like a customer returning a malfunctioning item for value paid in good faith, instead of a criminal trying to grift a poor multibillion-dollar-earning business out of $599...I've returned faulty products to plenty of stores in my time, never have I encountered this level of blatant disrespect to the customer for daring to exercise their consumer rights!

I find most JB Hi-Fi staff to be pretentious. (Even coming from a previous employee)This store was refreshing. (17.06.22)Staff actively walking around the store engaging with customers offering support. Great customer service.Staff member took the effort and time to explain and demonstrate difference in TVs and brands.One would expect this to be a normal practice in the retail industry, unfortunately not.If I wanted a new TV, I would’ve purchased one. Great salesperson and communication skills.Store is a little small for the amount of goods, but overall didn’t feel claustrophobic walking around.

So we came all the way to your store just to be told that the one piece on stock as indicated on your stock-check device, on the spot, may refer to this mock-up on display?Definitely appreciate Tim’s excellent service.However, great customer service couldn’t save poor stock management system.Sorry for Tim nevertheless.Ultimately went elsewhere and was lucky got two of those.

Was in to collect an online order. Was greeted by the security at entrance and was prompted to front counter. Gave my ID and was handed my items and I was out the door in less than 5minutes.

Fantastic service buying a new phone. The young lady that we spoke to was amazing her knowledge was great. Very happy with our purchase and sevice. This is why we only got to JB for phone's.
