Misinformed by a reception staffer that doctors here would take on existing workcover clients. As a new patient, was asked to come earlier to fill out the paperwork. My appt was 9am,I was there earlier but noone else was b/c they do not start until 9am. Half an hour wait to see the doctor (ridiculous for the first appt of the day), only to be told the dr would not take on a patient with an existing claim. Complete waste of my time and the dr's!. The one star is for Marie? at reception who then checked with the head honcho about whether he would take on a patient with existing w/c claim. He would not. At least Marie? rang me to let me know. It is ludicrous that supposed health 'professionals' want to pick and choose what patients they will treat. This seems reflective of the attitude of this clinic, who really need to make it clear on their website that they will NOT see patients who have existing w/c claims. Fortunately for me, I found a clinic at Kilmore where the doctors seem to genuinely care about their patients health, and are professional.

My whole family has been attending Mediq Wallan since 2004 and have never looked twice. The doctors are very skilled and all seem to be specialised in many fields which assists if you need to look into your medical condition further. Dr Shubbar was the only doctor that was able to assist my daughter when no other doctor or hospital cared to help us. He was very particular about the care she received and followed through with every step. Rated 10/10 for us all

I had an appointment today, I went in and the old lady receptionist was extremely rude to me she wasn't welcoming at all. I wasn't wearing a mask due to having severe anxiety and asthma and I told her that Iam exempt from wearing a mask she didn't even ask me why I was exempt from wearing one , and she arrogantly responded saying NO YOU HAVE TO WEAR A MASK" so just to keep the peace I put one on she gave to me.I was called in by the doctor

If you have a known top 10 health issue (ie. flu, bacterial infection...) you can go to this clinic. If you have something else, I do not think you will get the attention you need.

I highly recommend the doctors and staff here however I was unable to contact the clinic this morning, there’s obviously an issue with the phone system as this has happened before.( it rings and answers but it’s blank silent or echoing) For this reason is my star rating as feel it should be rectified.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The doctor I saw was also very good. I highly recommend this clinic

I have been to this clinic quite a few times the Doctors are very good, but today after receiving a call from my son's school to come and pick him up, he got sick.I took him to the clinic, told the receptionist I don't have an appointment my son need to be seen by a Dr asap , he's not well , was sweating profusely and vomiting and he is also asthmatic.The receptionist told me there's nothing she can do before 1.50pm I came in around noon 12.15. Was very disappointed how can this person turned away a very sick person. Went to another clinic and they took him immediately even there was many people waiting emergency is emergency if someone need urgent care and knock on your door you supposed to help not make excuses there is people who had appt waiting.Marie

Yesterday the18/03/20 went to arrive for my doctors appointment when l was approached by the receptionist in the car park who gently approached me and told me l had some leakage from my period that was showing as embarrassed as l was l appreciated her being so kind and considerate and then she went to her car and got me a jacket to save me from being humiliated and people like this show me how we still have such caring people in this world and l thought twice about posting this but she is certainly a asset to that practice thank you for your kindness

This rating is purely to the young blonde receptionist lady in her mid to late 20s who was working on Sunday , I believe there was an issue with health engine and there was alot of disgruntled customers and we'll I just wanna say what an amazing & incredible effort this girl puts into her work, and even tho she was not getting the nicest people she stayed calm and patient with every single person. I wanted to just tell her what a good job she was doing but she just to busy. People like this deserve some recognition! If no one has already told you just keep doing what you do because there are people out there who appreciate it more then you'll ever know.

Took my sick daughter for a checkup and after waiting for 30 to 40 minutes...when I asked the receptionist about our turn she was not sure if we would be next and we kept in waiting for another 10 to 20 minutes with no clue..so disappointed about the services provided at the clinic
