I went into Stihl Penrith knowing very little about Lawn Care and what equipment I should be using.The Team at Penrith were extremely knowledgeable and were able to explain the basics of what was available in their range, within my budget, how to operate the machinery and how to care for my equipment.Special mention to Daryll on the shop floor for explaining everything in an easy to understand manner and making it a great customer experience.I would recommend 10/10 as the go to garden power equipment provider to use in Penrith.

Very happy customers. My husband and I went to the Stihl Shop Penrith looking to possibly buy a hedge trimmer. We didn't exactly know what we wanted. We quickly learned there were many types Stihl had to offer and we were blown away with the assistance we were provided in store to determine the most suitable products for us. We left the store about 30 minutes later with a hedge trimmer to suit our yards needs as well as a the combi engine for those high up areas. Over 1 year on, and these tools haven't missed a beat. Highly recommend the Penrith Store for their patience and assistance as well as Stihl products on a whole.

Awesome service. I needed my rarely used log splitter fixed as it wouldn't start but I couldn't get it to the shop. Jemma came round and picked it up, Received a call from the shop the next day saying what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. Machine was fixed and serviced in a couple of hours and Jemma brought the machine back. Machine started first go and I split at least a ton of wood. Nice to see young people who are friendly, courteous and provide awesome service. Highly recommended.

Great service. On multiple occasions they could've tried to up-sell me on something or another, but ended up giving really down to earth advice and workarounds instead. Happy to give them my business for that reason alone, but the products are great too.

Cannot thank the team enough. They were more than helpful and far exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm friendly smile, the team were able to answer all my questions (and I had a lot) and explain all my options and solutions to my problem. Best prices, wide product availability, amazing advice and great support. Will definitely be returning.
