Rebecca was very helpful, she spent time helping us understand what type of lights we needed for each room type and what styles were available for sale. Staff there are very helpful. Jackson helps me to find out the issue for my lamp which bought from design furniture (their next door). Then I can buy globes in beacon lighting and install it in. Great customer service. So when you buy things there, you can trust their staffs as they are not just selling things to you. They are capable to help you solve problems without delay.

Arrived at the Nunawading store today, straight away welcomed by floor salesman John.John listened and heard our needs regarding the purchasing of two alfresco ceiling fans.His product knowledge was great and as a result, we found what we are happy with and John got the sale of $650.00 for two ceiling fans and accessories.Thank you John for the pleasant experience shopping.Regards Dave.

I placed an online order at 10.30pm last night and my package was delivered by 11am the next morning! I couldn't believe how quick and efficient this service was. In addition to that, I recieved delivery tracking notices every step of the way. Outstanding customer service these days is hard to find and this has been very impressive. Very happy with their service. Had to return 4 fans n bathroom heater, bought in January but found out that there is no access to the roof for installation. Returned n refunded with no questions asked. I certainly will use them again when circumstances arise.
