Recently had Franklyn quote and manufacture shutters,curtains and blinds for my recent renovations, as we'd had other window coverings done with them years ago, which lasted so well, we knew their products could stand the test of time, (and kids and dogs). The consultant Fredrick was so helpful, and he really knew his products, Lance who installed everything was just as knowledgable and both were so professional, on time and the end result is just wow! We are so happy with the service and how it all looks!

I really love my new Franklyn shutters recently installed in my two bedrooms. They look so modern, and stylish and make the rooms look bigger. I could not be more pleased with them and Franklyn were very efficient and wonderful to deal with.

Good value and quality products with excellent customer service throughout, especially from Jade at the Tingalpa showroom. We had a range of indoor blinds, double track curtains and external blinds installed - very happy with all of them.

I had two double roller blinds installed to two rooms recently with a privacy screen and daylight sunscreen. It has changed the feel to both rooms greatly. I'm very happy with them. The service and assistance by the showroom staff was first class.

If you’re looking for Customer Service you will find it here!!!! There isn’t many places you go these days where you get to speak directly with people and the people at Frankyln’s are outstanding. I have used Franklyns forShutters, curtains and screens now and I can tell you I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Apart from the quality of the product being great every employee I have spoken with or met has been informative, outlined every process of what will happen next, always been so happy and polite to me. Even the people on the phone just to organise a day for measure. Everyone!! Whatever you’re doing Franklyns to keep amazing staff keep it up! And a special mention to Maree who helped me pick my curtains this week. Really appreciate your help, time and advice.
