Terrible experience, locked myself out of my apartment. Called this company because they were close by. Guy arrived in beach attire with a bag of tools that looked like he found them in a dumpster. He assured me he could pick the lock without damaging the door and existing lock. He also assured me price would not be any more than $150. It turned out He was unable to pick the lock and ended up smashing the lock from the door leaving a hole in the door and then proceeded to charge me $250. I now have to buy a new lock and pay to have it fitted. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Worst experience!! Never imagined it will cost $368 to open a lock plus 45$ service fee. Maximum I had ever paid was $120 on weekend. Luckily, they weren’t able to unlock my door and still paid $ 49 service charge.Do not contact them for unlocking your door.

Biggest scam of the century, so many unknown hidden fees. Website says $45, Quoted $150 over the phone final price after door was unlocked charged $368

$258 for unlock after hours. Website states from $45 plus $35 call out. I have NEVER paid more than $180 for a lockout, even LATE after hours (this time was originally around 6pm).It's my mistake to lock myself out and fair enough to pay somewhat of a premium for that but this was exorbitant. They should be upfront over the phone about cost as in after hours is 'x', not just some vague 'more'.Couldn't unlock the front door (only the push button one was locked) and had trouble with the garage door. Was told that more difficult locks cost more, again no guide. Price is likely made up on the spot.The only locksmiths" who ever had trouble with that door lock were the 2

Complete rip off's. Quoted $170 then ripped off for call out fes difficult locks. Do not trust do not use.

Was told $45 to unlock my apartment on the phone, 25 mins away. 1 hr later and 2 mins of work $291. No one expects to pay that much more than quoted.

Worst locksmith services I've ever experienced. Technician's name was Ben. Quoted $100 to pull out a stuck key, the call out fee was $35. He ended up charging $200.. very impolite, unprofessional. When I expressed dissatisfaction, he wanted to put the key back in !!! Stay away from this business.

Avoid these guys at all cost. The guy showed up over an hour late, and was taking forever to open the door. It wasn’t until I told him I’ll pay him the call out fee for coming out, then all of sudden he got it opened. Charged me $250 after I told him I’m not paying no $300 dollars. Luckily my cane corso was on the other side of the door because, he was trying to enter my home after I told him to stay outside repeatedly.

Driver rocked up in an unmarked car and no uniform. His tools looked like they had been found on the street. Quoted fee on the website that I called was from $45. Due to the “festive season” holidays (today is not a public holiday) we were charged $325 for a lock that took 3 little wiggles and a squirt of WD40. I never expect a discount or free work, but to pay 7x the expected amount is pretty average.

If I could give 0 stars I would, Call out was quick but just to unlock 1 lock it took from 6:45-11pm!! He said he would drill a hole in keyhole & then fix it once he was done instead He broke it completely as he had no idea what he was doing & didn’t know how to put the new lock on, He needed to call someone else to replace which was a lot quicker but overall this was worst locksmith company I have ever used…*UPDATE*They viewed the review, They came back without our knowledge buzzed in throw our neighbours & removed the lock that they installed when we were not home! I will be going to department of fair trade, They took our money for our service, Were not happy with review so they removed the lock.
