Butler Family Practice – Butler Central Shopping Centre

I highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants a doctor that actually listens and cares! I have been seeing Dr Pillai for over 6 months and find that he takes the time to listen and respond. I leave the Practice with piece of mind that my health is in good hands. The Ladies in reception are absolutely wonderful too! Always polite with a smile and happy to help :)

I have been seeing Dr Pillai for almost one year now since I moved to Butler. He always goes the extra mile to ensure your wellbeing is of upmost importance. I would highly recommend using this practice. My partner and all of her family now also use this practice!

I can not speak highly enough of this practice, the reception staff are very professional. Dr. Binoy Pilla is been our family GP from Landsdale Medical Centre. The service I have received for years has always been professional , courteous but most of all very understanding and compassionate. We do 30 mins drive to see him in Butler instead of a 5 mins drive to other practice.Highly Recommended!!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Pillai for some time, from when he worked at the Landsdale Medical clinic to the now new Butler Family Practice. We have given up the 5 minute travel time to a 30 Minute travel time to ensure we get the best medical advice possible. Dr Pillai is very thorough and is not afraid to perform minor surgical procedures. He is well experienced in this field and i am thankful he has removed a number of cancers on my face that if they were not removed efficiently I could have been in some trouble in the future. Dr Pillai is the most kind, caring and supportive GP..We are Seniors and its like turning back the clock where the customer comes first. You are never rushed and he is always looking at ways to improve your health and give give you a better quality of life. You may even get a call out of the blue to make sure you are okay, I have never received that sort of service. Also if you are worried about something you can call the surgery and he will call back when he is free.The new modern practice in Butler is worth the drive even if you are not a local. The reception staff are very friendly and always greet you with smile. They have everything you need in the one place, including a kids space, pathology and nurses room. They also currently have a physiotherapist available Mon,Wed and Friday. From experience my wife says he is wonderful and makes you feel at ease, especially us seniors.If you are looking for a new doctor that cares. You won’t be disappointed if you make the change to this new surgery. My wife and I have, and we are very happy with the change

I have been seeing Dr Pillai for some time now and travel 45 minutes each way just to see him at his new, very modern practice in Butler. They have everything you need in the one place, including a kids space, pathology and nurses room. The reception staff are wonderful and Dr Pillai is the most kind, caring and supportive GP I have ever seen. From my very first visit with him, he was keen to learn everything he could about me so that he could treat me with as much knowledge as possible. Each appointment he asks me about my life outside of just health. He remembers so many small things about me and truly cares about my health and my life. Appointments are readily available and both doctors are always free for a phone chat to discuss any issues I may be facing. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to attend this practice. They are fantastic!

This practise is the best by far! The receptionists Hayley and Lilly are so friendly and greet you with a warm smile each time. I have seen both Dr Pillai and Dr Nambiar and I can definitely say they are both warm but professional in their approach and very thorough. They actually LISTEN! I have had back and hip pain for over 8 years and it worsened over the past year, nobody correctly diagnosed me. I was seeing a chiropractor and physiotherapist for months and my condition only got worse. I spoke with Dr Nambiar and immediately he sent me in for some tests and also referred me to see the physiologist Matt whom is also in the practise which is convenient (Matt is great at what he does also), I now know what I have and am on the mend finally. Dr Nambiar will at times do a follow up call to see how you're feeling after the last visit, so caring! My sisters have now made the shift to this practise as well and have praised them also. Thank you Dr Nambiar, you are amazing!

Ever since our first consult with Dr Nambier, he has made us feel at ease. He explains his diagnoses and treatment plan thoroughly. He doesn’t rush us through during the appointment and is great with young kids.I have called the practice a couple of times when I’ve been unsure or my children have been really unwell and he has either slot us in even when no appointments are available or he will call in between patients just for a quick consult.He goes above and beyond for his patients and the fact that it’s a GP owned practice means he truly cares about his patients’ wellbeing and puts your worries at ease. The reception staff there are just as amazing, very professional, courteous and warm. We have also seen the nurses there twice and they too, have been lovely to deal with. Cannot recommend this practice enough.

By far the best practice I've been to in terms of quality and service. Receptionist Nerine Le Roux is always there to welcome you with a warm friendly smile. Dr Binoy Pillar is an amazing doctor, he's very thorough and clear with his assessment and treatment plan. He's also very caring and made sure I was comfortable while I was receiving my treatment. Nurse kiranjeet was very friendly and professional and made sure I was ok throughout the 30 mins I was there. Best team! Great experience!

Have been going to Butler Family Practice since moving to the area in September 2019. Have seen both Dr Nambier and Dr Pillai and can say they are both absolutely fantastic, so attentive and genuinely caring. Since falling pregnant I have seen Dr Pillai regularly and he goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable at every appointment, especially as of late with our daughter being extremely thorough and always has time for me if I need anything.Highly recommend this practice.

Butler family practice is new very modern and well located. They have pathology located in the same building which is very convenient I feel a lot of thought has gone in to planning this practice . I have been a patient at the practice since they opened, reception staff are very friendly and courteous. I saw Dr Binoy Pillai whom I highly recommend . He is professional courteous knowledgeable and shows empathy he listens to his patients and answer your questions with respect . Dr Vinod Nambiar introduced himself while I was completing new patients forms which was lovely he was very Professional and courteous.Overall a professional courteous service and I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone as I honestly believe you wouldn’t be disappointed.
