We've just had our pergola installed today and couldn't be happier with the build and quality already.We had an awkward space to work with in the yard of a villa that sits across two height levels, and the team were incredibly helpful in recommending several options for designs until we came up with a solution that we were happy with.Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and helpful throughout the process, very thorough in their checks several times before installation, and the installation day itself was incredibly fast and clean.We had obtained quotes from two other companies and the service level and knowledge from these companies was not on par with ATS at all. On both occasions, other companies that quoted sent out inexperienced tradespeople to measure up and scope design who seemed very confused by my questions and requests, providing options that didn't make sense for us.Thank you ATS Awnings & Additions!
