I feel so lucky to have found a place to call home through Next Vision, couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agency. Big thanks to Jarrad and the team, they were super quick to assist me with the initial issues of the house. I can feel I’m in good hands.

Was accepted for a house for rent on the condition that we painted the house at our own expense. Upon painting the house, a lease holder dropped out of the deal (didn’t communicate with me or help paint the house) and so therefore the real estate Next Vision decided to ask the owner if I could just be on the lease. Mind you I’m a perfect candidate with a full time job, rental references etc. Owner decided to sell instead! ( how can you decide to sell in 5 mins?) and real estate asked me for the keys back right away. This is after I spent $1000+ on paint and supplies to paint and better his property therefore making his property worth more to sell. Also took a weeks annual leave off work to do this! No thanks. No nothing. Most likely used me to better the place knowing it needed a females touch. Absolutely heartbroken and left wondering is this even legal?
