I believe that every consumer has a right to get three quotes. I had three carpet companies measure and quote for new carpet. I then chose the company that offered the best customer service and price. I was very shocked and upset that I received a very rude and unpleasant phone call from Carpet Décor telling me that I should have gone through them, as they put in the effort to measure and drop off samples. In my view that is what a QUOTE is and they should be doing that for every customer. I as a consumer, doesn't deserve a rude phone call because I decided not to use them. If this is how they treat their customers I am quite happy that I didn't use them. Even if it is your livelihood" it is my money and my choice and I don't expect to be abused for it."
