Rodney has very bad customer service and needs to work out his schedule better after today would not recommend this company to anyone he is a rude, arrogant person who shouldn't even be running a business.

Rodney always turns up on time and performs a quality job. We have used him numerous times and will continue to use his services! Thanks mate!

I didn’t have an appointment with Rodney but he contacted me via Autoguru about my problem with my car airconditioning. He’s the first mechanic that gave me competitive and reasonable prices, was honest, came on time, explained everything to me and was quick. I wasn’t even in his schedule for today and he fit me in the moment he heard that I was being ripped off by another mechanic. (The other mechanic told me I needed a whole new air compressor but couldn’t even explain to me why and quoted me a ridiculous amount) I’m grateful that there’s still mechanics out there that are genuine and just want to fix their customers problems without any messing around. I am definitely recommending Rodney!

Rodney is in high demand so sometimes has to postpone. If you can be flexible, he will come when he can and does an excellent job when he does. He helped me out a couple of weeks ago when my car air conditioner suddenly stopped working and I had a trip to make to the sunshine coast on a very hot day. He was there in the nick of time and ensured I got away on time. I was most appreciative.

Didn't turn up after organising FOUR different times and rearranging my day each time. Zero updates until I reached out and each time promised another day. Groundhog day. Rodney couldn't be trusted to organise a BBQ and turn up.

Came out to regas our two cars within 24 hours - was easy to arrange a time a place. He diagnosed an issue with our second car (broken compressor) so he only regassed the first car and charged us one regas fee - overall great experience as Rodney went above and beyond our expectations, would recommend to anyone and will definitely be calling him again for any repairs/regassing needs in the future. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars.Cheers

Rodney has always shown great customer service with his approach to my needs with my air conditioner. He contacts me when he is on his way and I make sure that I am there when he arrives. I have used other mobile services and I have found him to be very competitive with the overall needs. I highly recommend him

Entirely happy! Rodney fixed my van A/C. It was an easy and pleasant experience to deal with him. Professional work and good value.

If I could give him a zero star I would. Paid him $600 to fix aircon and it stuffed out with in a week. I've asked him to kindly come back and check his work and unfortunately Rodney the dodger never follows through. Arranged 3 times for him to come fix his messy job and 1year later still no shows. Lesson learned! make sure you use a garage instead of a dodge guy in a ute that does the phantom on a job you pay good money for. He's as good as a con man! And now he wants to charge us another $340 to fix his crapjob. Just save yourselves the headache and the money. Don't use Rodneys services. Especially when he comes out to you and you never see him again.
