Wow. Terribly rude. Rang them up to enquire about seals, he was terribly impatient and gave me a number to ring up. I asked several times who that number was, and he just told me to ring them up and ask them, then hung up on me.I don't understand - if anyone was to run a business, they should at least have the most basic knowledge of customer care.
