Modo Project Builders

I would like to share my experience with MODO project builders and the satisfaction I have had during and after the building process.I completed my first Shared Accommodation building with MODO at the end of 2017 and had all rooms rented within 3 weeks of advertising. I have now almost completed my second build and shortly commencing my 3rd building with MODO.I have had a lot of previous experience with other builders both in the residential and commercial sectors and I must admit that MODO has been the standout performer so far.Pros• Very fast build time frames (approx. 6 months for a shared accommodation vs 12 months of other builders).• Modo provides a personal touch when building. You are dealing directly with the people in charge.• Any defect items that I was not happy with were fixed quickly (even if I was being pedantic).• Modo does come back to rectify any issues even after their normal 3-month defects period.• Modo takes pride in the product they deliver.• Prices are very reasonable given the high standard Modo supplies.• Site manager is a great guy and easy to get along with. Nothing was ever an issue and his standards are high.• The drafting team was always accommodating and made all changes requested in a quick time frame. Designs are well thought out and cost conscious.The only other thought that I have, would be for MODO to provide a documents package at the end of the build that contains the stamped plans, colours, occupancy certificate, certificates of compliance etc.I have been very happy with MODO so far and would definitely build with them again.

I recently finished building a project with Modo Project Builders and could not have been happier with their customer service and build quality. The Team are very easy to get along with and very professional in the way they build. Will use again for the next project!

This Builder owes me money, he refuses to return my calls and he will not speak to me.The unit he built and I bought was an absolute disgrace, the balcony leaked and flooded water into the main bedroom, for a man who is supposed to be a building inspector he couldn’t figure out how to solve this problem, whilst he rushed in to attempt the fix his problem he never used a proper process to solve the water leak. I lost thousands of dollars in lost rent as tenants had to move out.He is a great salesman and a front runner but when the pressure is on that is when you see the true character.
