Bluebirds BROWNIES are the best I have had since Lake Louise Canada. I have been hunting for the best brownies for 25 years and have now found them . Ate the lot before I got a photo.Next time I am in Jindabyne I will email to get lots for my whole family.I messaged bluebird on Instagram and Bluebird got back to me within about 20 minutes.Thank you for the deliciousness

Rachael made a cake for our baby shower that completely exceeded my expectations. It was everything I wanted and more. Not only did it look amazing, the taste was incredible. My guests and I were blown away. I would highly recommend and will order from Racheal again for my next special occasion.

Absolutely STUNNED! Rachael created a Louvre-worthy cake for our wedding! I honestly just wanted to peel off the icing and mount it on the wall, it was so beautiful! And it broke my heart to cut it! However, the compliments do not stop there, as the cake also tasted delicious! We had so many compliments from our guests and we managed to snag some last pieces for us to try. And then it was gone. Not a crumb left! And that is the best sign for a delectable cake. Rachael was very easy to work with, well-priced, and was happy to provide her knowledge for cake care/logistics at a wedding. Could not recommend Bluebird Baking Studio highly enough!
