Fort Knox Self Storage

We stored our furniture with the Moorabbin crew while the house was being sold. The staff were so accomodating allowing us to pay weekly. They were so friendly. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great customer service, the guys ( Patrick )were very helpful and went through all details, took me on a tour of the different size units and were up front about costs and fees. Great idea with the Van when needed too.

Most of the storage companies around Moorabbin area are very similar, however the level of customer service does vary.On 31/3/23 I signed a short term storage facility contract & as pleasantly surprised with the customer service representative who signed me up. Ryan was extremely attentive of my needs, polite and helpful. He went out of his way to help me ensure the right product and made the whole experience quite pleasant. I also was able to hire a van for the day which helped me out in my situation. Very helpful friendly staff, they was fantastic.We loved the idea of having the van at no cost to us just insurance which was nothing. $25 The van was great size, easy access to our storage cage.

The process of booking and accessing the unit was so easy and the staff are simply delightful to deal with. We have used Fort Knox on more than one occasion and would highly recommend to anyone.

Very proactive and friendly customer service from Ryan, comes with free van transport too which is very helpful. Only issue is the dimensions of the storage unit were different to the actual storage unit. It's marked as 1.2 x 2.4 x 2.4 h, it's more 1.6 x 1.8 x 2.4 h when I measured. Equates to around the same area but potentially affects the dimensions of things you can move in. All around highly recommend.

The staff at this company are really friendly and professional. Signing up was a breeze and the whole process was stress-free. It's clear that they have a really competent IT team supporting them, which made everything super easy, very impressive.

Staff members are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they have made my experience easier. I gave a 4 rather than a 5 star rating due the call out charges when visiting the site. The gates are able to be opened with your code and no security would be required particularly when you’re already on site and have been for a number of hours. Apart from that very good service and range of storage options and the staff are particularly impressive.

Very happy with the service. My wife made an initial phone call and I was able to complete most of the registration process on line. On the day, the staff member (can't recall his name) was really helpful and explained everything about the site. He took his time and I really commend him for being friendly and professional. I moved material into the unit the next day without a hitch. 5 stars from a satisfied customer
