Visited new dandenong shop. I've been going there when they were Hobby Creations. Staff a great help with paints. A good conversation with staff member about different models etc. And close by as well.

Good service always helpful for my random RC Equipment

I don’t like posting bad reports but unfortunately I have toI bought 700$ car 3 months ago for my sonHe crashed it so I went and ordered the parts from metro hobby same store I bought car fromI’ve been waiting for 80 days for parts and just been played next week and end of the month and then start of the month and then shipment is delayedWhy would you sell cars if you can’t get the parts for your customersAbsolutely ridiculousI would really like to change this review all I want is for car to be fixedI have edited my rating not that you did the right thing by meBut I got the parts online and you weren’t rudeHowever I really do think you shouldn’t wait for your supplier and just get the parts for your customers asapFinally my son can play with his car after nearly 3 months

Bit disappointed, loved this store but the 150 dollar premium for my trx4 over hobbman who had my preferred colour in stock a bit bummed, didn’t make the same mistake when buying the jato would’ve been a 90 dollar loss. Great store just shows me not to always go where the heart is just because it’s been my store of 25 years previously.
