Pretty average. Small areas to walk. Bumping into other people frequently. Old style Coles supermarket. Don't recommend this Coles. Still didn't have frozen basa fillet out salmon. Extremely limited raw frozen seafood selection.

I don't know why I keep giving this poor excuse for a supermarket a go. I vowed months ago that I would not go back after a string of disappointing visits. We needed just half a dozen basic items yesterday so, as I was short of time and it is our closest store by quite a way, I dropped in. Several minutes later and unable to buy any of these items, I left in disgust yet again. Drove another five minutes to Woolworths Ashgrove and bought all I needed at better prices.Poorly managed (I have been a supermarket manager in my early career so I can tell), never a manager on the floor, dreadful morale and questionable customer service all contribute to a disappointing customer experience.

A quite small Coles store compared to many nearby but however very impressive presentation of products on special! Wide isles provided for shopping! Wheelchair access is available & wheelchair accessible parking available also!

Waiting at deli for them to correctly price my items Italian style salami $18.50 charged $37 00 a kilo. Truffed salami $7.40 charged $37. Told staff wrong price. So we forgot to change price. Advised them it should be free under your scanning policy. Called manger Kate she will only do reduce price. Waited 15 mins to have fixed again priced one wrong.

Wednesday just after 2pm you do not have a register open with an actually employee. Went up to the end two staff chatting at the service desk. Bloke by the name of Josh reluctantly opens the register.Poor, pathetic customer service only having self serve checkouts open. Virtually having to force staff to open a register.You only got one star as I couldn’t go lower to leave a review.Start thinking about the customers instead of the millions you make everyday

Went in during the weekday. Pleasantly surprised by the customer service at checkout. A sandy haired teenage boy (Forgot his name unfortunately), provided me with excellent service, even comforting my child when he begin to cry, and providing me with swift service. Although the store had what I needed, I was very disappointed that the fresh bakery items (eg jam & cream donuts) had been moved from the front of the store next to the bakery area to the back of the store on two shelves at the end of the fruit & vegetables.

The store layout is nearly back to front in comparison to most of the Coles grocery stores. Pasta and rice isle right next to lollies isle. Quite confusing. The deli here is closed at 6pm, pretty pointless to have all your produce on display for a further 3 hours after that point. Waste of time coming here for some fresh barramundi.

Lots of parking on the ground floor or basement. Not a big center but you have good options of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, burger, desert, bubble tea shop etc. Cinema, anytime fitness and clinics are on the first floor. The only missing retail outlet would be a news agency.
