Great service in the relatively new Bunnings. Plenty of parking. Everyone is helpful. Never went there and did not find what I was after.

To Luke in the timber section who did a great job unpacking a whole pallet of decking so I could get what I needed. Absolute legend for going the extra mile after other bunnings wouldn't unpack their pallets because it might take an hour.He did it in 15min like a champion thanks Luke

Top notch service. Staff are so kind and helpful. Always greets you with a smile. I bought 4 bags of 70L mulch 2 days ago, and the staff offered to help me load it to my car. She is exceptional.

Not a fan of Wesfarmers and their billion dollar bungles with sausage sizzle, service overpricing - gouging is a better descriptor and average stock and inventory software - but staff generally very friendly and helpful - still new - even though employer is generally at the bottom of the scale ONE EXCEPTION - dude in coffee shop had his head up his own butt - seriously better hospitality and service asking about nails then paying $12 f with free bad vibe attitude and listening to him and the girls socialize - no manners ‘mate’ - I hope he gets another job as a prison guard soon as it seems a better fit - killed the croissant too ! Weak coffee - seriously bunnings - employ hospitality experience or ditch the coffee shop

A big shout out to Tiffany who today helped me out via phone with a rug enquiry. Not only did she go through all of the rugs in store to try to locate the rug but also contacted another store on my behalf to make enquiries with them. I value good customer service and Tiffany definitely delivered. Thanks Tiffany :)
