AMAZING company to deal with, from quoting to calling, everything was easy and quick. Onsite tradesman were courteous, polite and professional. Teamwork onsite was next level, the staff were happy and communicated well with each other. SPR will be the first I call for any future needs. Thank you so much, it is rare to find such professionalism these days.

Would thoroughly recommend these guys to anyone (and everyone.) We used SPR to fit two split systems on two separate houses and on two separate days. The first time the tradie was a couple of minutes early. The second time the (different) tradie called to ask if it suited us for him to come almost an hour earlier.Staff are always courteous, polite, professional, do a great job and most importantly arrive when or before they say they will.Many other businesses could learn customer service from these guys. Fantastic service all round.

Absolutely have no interest in calling you back with booking times after many phone calls and many promises of getting back to me not once in 2 months have they returned a call too me letting me know a time and date finely got sick of dealing with SPR and will never use them and recommend other people thinking of using this outfit too think twice and go elsewhere. if i could of given them less than one star i would of id love to know how there getting high reviews makes you think friends are calling threw bumping up there scores because how there treated me i wouldn't recommend them at any stage.

Absolutely perthetic company in the last 2 months iv tried to get a booking never once have they called back iv made many calls and the same each time we will get back to you shortly with a time but never a call would definitely not recommend SPR Plumbing and Refrigerator
