Curry Traders

Some years ago at a market, a friend and I stumbled across these curry spice kits, and since then, we have ordered loads of them online. My favourites are the 'medium' ones like Sri Lankan, South Ceylon masala, Goan and Rogan Josh; my friend's family loves the milder ones like tikka masala and butter chicken. I recently came back to these kits after a couple of years break - I had decided to make my own curries from scratch but they really just weren't as good every time. I still sometimes message my friend while cooking one of the Curry Traders kits to say Smell the aroma!" - this is one of the cooking instructions on the pack :-) The quantities are great for having leftovers for during the week or to put in the freezer. The gourmet kits are definitely worth it over the express ones."

I discovered Curry Traders gourmet packs in the Blue Mountains in the Carrington Cellars, and found they were both delicious and very easy to make. My two teenage sons have since learnt how to whip up a curry using Curry Trader packs and they swear it tastes so much better than the ready-made sauce in a jar! We are huge fans. Well done Curry Traders on providing a great product that is not overly processed but still easy and quick to make for a wholesome and tasty family dinner. Butter Chicken is a favourite.

Curry traders have a wonderful product here. I'm not much of a cook, but they provide packs with raw spices and crystal clear instructions, which have consistently turned out to be wonderfully flavoured meals. Optionally, if you'd want to save some time, their express curry kits turn out to be awesome too. Highly recommend trying them out if you haven't

I love to make curries from scratch and the gourmet curry packs are a great way to do it. I have made Beef Rendang since I lived in Indonesia and the Gourmet Pack version is great. So much better that jars of paste. The flavours are richer.I was given a gift card for my first order and now am restocking.10/10

Hi have cooked MANY of these curries, and EVERY one has been a total hit both with myself and hubby, and with guests. I'm more than happy to post a review on Curry Traders! I have been using these curries for a couple of years now and they are simply THE BEST curries I've ever used! The flavours are amazing and the best part is the ingredients are measured for you, but still feel like I'm making the entire dish from scratch, because I am, as I grind the spices together!I've never been disappointed on any curry I've made & my guests have also enjoyed them.

Just made the Malaysian Rendang , simply superb! Easy instructions and the smells through the house made the family drool. A couple of Naan bread to wrap and a squeeze of lime...so awesome!

We bought the Butter Chicken curry, at a food show quite some time ago. It had 4 individual small packets. I enjoyed finally using my mortar and pestle grinding 1packet. The other steps were really easy to follow. The outcome after marinating and cooking was sensationally flavoursome and very moorish. I wish we’d found it sooner. Hence I got onto the website and bought 2 more. Looking forward to them arriving.
