Paid over $400 to have switch repaired on mower which was returned to me with switch still not working. I am anxious about height of grass and pending fire risks.Receptionist was angry at me that I phoned them to discuss how I could have this resolved. She made a long list of excuses basically telling me they don't have the time to deal with me or remedying their workmanship.Feeling ripped off and frustrated. They were happy to take my money though!!

I recently had trouble with my alternantor and the service at Mathersons was amazing. They kept me informed at every step and went above and beyond to look after me. I always worry being a woman dealing with any car repairs but they looked after me like I was family and would recommend them 100% everytime. If you want someone trust worthy, reliable and who does an amazing job go see Mathersons auto electric.
