I came in as a hair model and the attention to detail and care was so impressive. As a non full fee paying customer I did not expect the full works treatment but it was evident that both Byron and Kristie really cared about getting the best outcome for me and they went above and beyond.Byron assisted me greatly and Kristie was able to apply her evidently huge knowledge base on colouring (as the Senior Stylist overlooking Byron). Going from black to blonde has been quite a journey and they were able to give me the best look on the day as well as a great plan and advice for me to move forward. This was especially in taking care of pre-existing damage and maintaining a clean blonde.Thanks for looking after me!
