Just Cuts Morayfield

This place is awful second time I’ve used them second time the haircut was trash! I thought a different hair stylist would do a better job! $42 for a 5 year old haircut is absolute extortion but he needed it done and was going to Afterpay it so we went ahead. The stylist was rude and rough with my grandson and my daughter was intimidated by her attitude. I had stepped away but by the time I came back the incompetent woman had taken a chunk out of his hair and was completely incapable of doing the straight line in his cut that seems to be a breeze for any other stylists. This is the second just cuts store that has no idea what you’re asking for the other one at NL thought short back and sides means number 2 all over! Now my grandson has a short clip with a bare batch at the front no line at all and a patch sticking up in all directions on the back of his head! Stylist barked at My daughter and asked if she was happy with it, intimidated my daughter said yes. Time to pay AP was not working.. no because without telling us before hand they have a $50 minimum so we had to buy something from the store! A $2 silly sollys quality brush that’s supposed to be a detangling brush for $9….WILL NEVER GIVE A CENT to this chain again. Obviously they hire stylists no one else will give a job. Disgraceful haircut and now school photos are going to be embarrassing.

Highly recommended Paul at Just Cuts. He is incredibly passionate about his work and does a fantastic job. His customer service skills were 10/10! Thank you Paul.

They helped us with our baby girls first hair cut. She just needed her bangs out of her eyes and we were to scared to do it. The lady was so patient and helpful it was lovely

This place should be ashamed, I'm a disabled person and move into the area and went into just cuts on my mobility scooter as I can not walk, and I noticed there was a sign no mobility scooter allow,, this is very upsetting and discrimination. They should take this sign straight down and allow people on mobility scooters have a normal life

Went to Morayfield with my daughter, my hair was cut by a young lady with blonde hair, absolutely fantastic, friendly, polite and a great Hairdresser. My daughter had to wait, as she was forgotten about, her Hairdresser(Young Asian lady) didn’t leave her with a positive outcome, unfortunately! I strongly suggest to use the blonde Hairdresser, there is a tall brunette Hairdresser who is so sour, uncomfortable really!
