Avoid at all costs. They uploaded a closing down sale on their Facebook page. my partner and I took time of work to go and look at the outdoor lounge suite.Upon placing the order online and paying for it I received an email saying my money was refunded. No reason for the refund until I managed to get in contact with them.They then told me they made a mistake about the discount code and would not honer the deal. Not only is the money gonna take up to a week to be transfer my partner and I lost income and now they won’t honer the deal.Absolutely disappointing I have referred this transaction the the ombudsman

We were thinking we would have to visit several shops to find anything we liked. In the first shop we visited we found two chairs that are terrific. We were offered a good deal by a pleasant sales person. A good place to shopfor outdoor furniture. We are happy with the chairs.

Found our outdoor setting elsewhere for $1000 less then what we paid here.Absolutely shattered and reccomend you check your prices and understand quality VS price.

Purchased an outdoor setting that is not fit for the outdoors. Within weeks the table started to buckle and deteriorated. Tried to contact company during covid and telephone numbers were disconnected and Facebook messages went unanswered. Finally made contact after restrictions lifted, was offered $250 refund for the table and they refused to refund the chairs even though it was sold as a set and at time of purchase I was not allowed to purchase different chairs. Setting cost me over $1200Was told by sales assistant what did I expect the table to do if I left it outdoors. I told him I expected an outdoor table to be able to be withstand being outside and not warp. He told me to take them to court and hung up the phone.I am now in the process of going through VCAT.My advise is to stay well away from this business

Recently purchased an Eclipse commercial grade outdoor umbrella from this store. I specifically researched what I was interested in and went to the store to see what was on display to get a better look at my options.I was very pleased to see there is an extensive range on display for many applications and budgets. I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Raj who was very knowledgeable and helpful. After narrowing down options I chose an umbrella that suites our needs perfectly. I was also pleasantly surprised that they actually had the model and colour I was after in stock. It can be frustrating when you go to purchase these days and find out official stockists don’t actually have stock.My purchase was delivered that same week by Raj who had assisted me in store and he even helped me set it up. I would gladly recommend this store based on my experience.

I've had a problem and contacted them 6 weeks ago about a product that is not fit for purpose. I have been in store, phoned and emailed offering solutions and still can't get a response. So I am now lodging with Consumer Affairs and posting negative feedback online. I won't deal with them again. Hopeless post sales service.Update ....After this post the staff were very apologetic and helped come to a resolution. I settled on a store credit which we used on something else. Ultimately I am happy and my problem was resolved.

I ordered an Outdoor Dining Setting online from this store. It was delivered within days and I love it. When some of the screws needed to assemble were missing (which I later found!) the driver dropped off more on the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this store again.
