Baby Bunting Burnside

The burnside store is amazing.The store manager Lisa is blatantly rude, unhelpful, lacks customer service skills and needs training to assist customers better. It's a shame that families have to deal with that on a weekend out with kids.I have never had any issues in a baby bunting store or with any staff. In short, after my visit to the store this past weekend I was refused help with an exchange. I went straight to the highpoint location and was helped, exchange processed, problem solved within 5 minutes.

Absolutely the best baby bunting store. Laura .. the store manager is a pleasure to deal with . She and the staff there are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.

Baby Bunting Burnside Heights is absolutely amazing. I’m a first time mum and the manager Tala went through everything I will need with me for over 2 hours. Every time I go in there she has a smile on her face and is genuinely happy to see me and happy to help. I honestly feel like she is my friend now. I love going there. Also got our car seats put it by Nicholas there and he was amazing, he was great to speak to too, done them so quick. I started crying cos I didn’t know what to do and he was so nice and caring to run through everything again. Best baby bunting!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Love shopping for all my baby and mumma needs. Staff truly connect with you - remember my face and bubs name upon return. Was served by Danni who was so helpful in getting items for me, offering to help me to the car and just so bubbly to talk too.

What can I say about Tala and the team at Baby Bunting Burnside,Amazing service from beginning to end, we are so grateful for the support we were provided as first time parents.Tala made what can be an overwhelming experience for some parents an absolute breeze. She took the time to walk through all of our 'to-buys' and provided considered and informed advice which certainly helped us in making our choice.Well laid out store, clean and easy to navigate.I'd highly recommend this store to anyone and a special shoutout again to Tala. Big Great store. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some items that say are in stock are out of stock or discontinued is the only reason I gave a 4 star out of 5 star. Which has happend at a couple of different baby bunting stores.

I had an appointment booked yesterday to check if the car seat that was installed for my 9 month old was still good or if needed to be adjusted. When we got there the lovely gentleman was assisting another person still. While the other lady went to go pay he came over and had a look to see the car seat and said everything was fine and stable. He told us a lot of information and took out the padding from the seat so my daughter has some more room to be comfortable. He said we didn’t need to do anything else. I said ok great and was going to go pay and he said no that was only 5 minutes you didn’t need anything to be done you don’t need to pay. That was so kind of him to say that and to help us out so quickly. What a lovely guy, I will definitely be going back when we need to adjust the car seat for my daughter. Thank you again
