absolutely terrible service. took my partner for a hinged rom knee brace after dislocating her knee. The oapl technician was trying to get her to put full weight on her injured knee while not even wearing a proper brace, as “you won’t know if it’s supportive unless you have all your weight on it”. specifically going against what her doctor told her the previous day. this fool also took it upon himself to trim the velcro straps on the brace “to make it easier”. His complete oversight has totally ruined the functionality of the brace, as anytime she bends her knee the straps just pop off since they don’t have enough surface area to stay stuck down. The amount of headache, stress, and loss of sleep due to this OAPL office is ridiculous. never have i been to a medical office that was as unprofessional and inconsiderate of their patients.
