Not much of a beef burger but the works one was ok. For both the young fellow on register went and checked with the kitchen to tell us about what was on each. Beef burger was to have lettuce, tomato, onion and beetroot, but it arrived without tomato, with one tiny piece of lettuce, and frankly was about the size of a hungry jacks $4 burger. The works burger in addition to all that was to have bacon, egg, cheese and pineapple. Well it had no pineapple. Other than that it was great. How hard can it be to put on a burger what you just told us goes on it? And given the works burger was at least twice the size of the beef burger, while the $15 price tag on the works (without chips) is top end, the $12 for the little one is definitely not something I'll get caught buying again.In hindsight, walking out when we saw the no hot food any more" sign on the door at 12:30 could have saved us

How nice is this shop now. Called in for some seafood and the change is amazing. Everything looks clean and fresh. Seafood display looked so good. Got our prawns and some salmon. So good. So fresh. And the staff knew their stuff. Thumbs up to the New Manager. The shop looks great and we’ll be back.

I stopped in here as it was convenient on my way home. After I ordered I read the reviews whilst waiting for my fish burger and had very low expectations. I must say this was one of the best fish burgers I have had. Everything was fresh and the bun was nicely toasted. The fish was a good size piece of crumbed cod and the salad was also fresh. Not a small burger at all which I wouldn't expect for $12, but was unsure what I was getting based on the other reviews. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied after my burger.

So happy we did not take notice of the negative reviews as we absolutely love the new dine in restaurant.The Seafood Chowder is the best we have ever hadthe Coconut and Panko crumbed King Prawns for $12.00 are delicious.The Penang Snapper Curry is delicious and a small serve of beautifully cooked chips is a very large serving.I am a very good and fussy home cook and purchase fresh seafood here weekly and it is excellent.I wish I had a photo of today's lunch after reading these negative reviews but I only have a photo of the Seafood Chowder taken when I dined in with my son a few weeks ago.Seafood Chowder with Garlic toasted Sourdough.It is amazing.

Sadly. I will not return here. $70/kg for Morton Bay Bugs. The price was bad enough, but the smell and taste was unbearable. What a waste of money!The prawns I bought were also smelly and definitely NOT fresh. I should’ve known by the strong seafood smell as soon as I walked in the door.Disappointed. Would have patronised you guys, but this is just not good, so sorry, I won’t be back.

Definitely ordered a snapper burger only to receive a burger with a cheap Thai fish cake on it? Granted the fish cake was nice.. just not what I ordered. Feel like the were just hoping I wouldn't notice the difference haha..

Very disappointing experience. Food was horrible. Old oil used potato scallops under cooked. Too much batter on seafood sticks and chips were very soggy n covered in salt. Questioned the lady working about fresh seafood and she couldnt help or understand. Have to give credit for clean place and happy staff

Wanted Green Tiger King prawns to be cleaned and although we were the only customers in the shop and there were staff to assist we were told that they cannot clean it for us. Why would you not offer the extra service to clients as some other fisheries do? You just lost a client and money because you refused to go the extra mile - we were prepared to pay for the service as well. Weird how some companies don’t like going the extra mile …..

Had a lovely lunch in the courtyard recently.Business under new ownership, and found the experience and attentive staff wonderful.Calamari fresh and tender, and chips lovely and crisp.Will defiantly recommend to family and friends.Took home some fresh prawns for dinner as a treat.Glad we did.We will be back !
