Clive attended and conducted the internal/external pest treatment in the allotted 1.5 hrs. He explained the process beforehand and recapped when he had finished. Very happy with the treatment.

The inspection was booked for 0800hrs on Monday 6th Feb. I rang the 1800 number at 0813hrs, as no one had arrived. I thought that they (Creepy Crawly) should have rung me if their pest controller was running late for any unforseen reason. The person I spoke to said that he was running late and would be there shortly. No apology. I waited. He ended up arriving at 0835hrs. More than 30 mins late. The concern I had was that I needed to be at another appointment at 0945hrs, and that he may not be finished in time for me to attend that appointment. They (my chiro) have a strict policy of charging a fee for anyone cancelling etc., if you cancel at late notice (less than 2 hrs).I rang and rescheduled my appointment for 1030hrs. I did receive an apology from the pest controller, and he stated that they had booked him for a call back appointment at 0800hrs, and held up his phone when I said that he was so late. He said he would pass on that I wasn't happy about him being late, as I felt they need to do better, and he did apologise.
