I brought a client who has an intellectual disabilty to buy some items. The assistant helped her pick the right one as she didn’t know the name. She then was very patient and assisted her to find her address so she could get the chemist label printed. The whole time she was kind, helpful and didn’t rush the client. Which helped her to do this independently.I wanted to say thank you again to this worker. By taking the time to give this quality service you have empowered this client and given her a chance to increase her confidence.Will definitely be back!

Everytime I've been here, it feels like staff hate their jobs. Never see a smile even though some lovely elderly people are so friendly to the staff. Today I was told 15-20 min wait time so I went for a walk for about 10 mins. Came back and didn't think I needed to line up in the queue as they know I'm waiting for a script. Was not even looked at for about 5-10 mins. When I was finally asked what script I was waiting for, it had been waiting for me. I just don't understand the vibe in this chemist, it's just so unfriendly.

Was standing there waiting when I here pharmacist tell a customer that he has one of the ozmepic doses but not the one he needs. I go out to my car get my script and come back in. I have script for both as I am a diabetic and only thing that controls my sugars is ozmepic. He then say he dose not have. With in 2 min he went from having to not having. This is disgusting that pharmacists choose who they give it to. He would lose his licence. I have not been able to get it for 2 months and he thinks I should go with out.Not acceptable. Will be talking it further.

Not a fan of this chemist, only switched to this one because it's the closest. Always a long wait time and staff are not attentive to people waiting. Waited over 20 mins for my script only to find it was ready and when I asked about it, there was no apology. Could use some better service and check on people waiting more often rather than ignoring them.

Bad customer service and deplorable phone manners. Moved to Brassall used them twice, but never again, over priced, travel 15minutes to a chemist that likes and helps their customers. Again phone manners were disgusting, rude, and short, I had speaker on and they were heard by 5 people, who advised me to hang as I should not have to be treated as I was. Plus you made one of my scripts unusable because you put the wrong green script with the yellow repeat script. Plus I asked not to supply a particular brand, which was pencilled in the script, but you ignored it. So no I would not recommend you.
