Really bad customer service honestly, ive been in there many times over the past few years and ive never once been asked if i need help. one time when i wanted a tank that was behind a bunch of display stuff the guy (who avoided me the whole time and who i had to confront myself) i asked just pointed and said there behind some tanks just move them. really horrible and the animals always look sickly, also very overpriced

These guys are great. Had no help from other pet shops when looking at buying fish for the first time. Rocky Pet World staff were amazing. Extremely helpful. Have been back several times and always come out satisfied. Highly recommend.

Very decent sized store. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and had about 3 separate staff members ask if I needed assistance whilst in the store. I'll be sure to buy my reef aquarium supplies from this mob ongoing
