Wish I could give zero stars! Recently dealt with the lady whom is screening candidates for their advertised admin role and she was soooo rude. The most poor and disgusting phone manner I've come across in a long time. I'd be ashamed to have that person representing my company and I would never work for a company whose employees have that level of poor communication and customer service standards. Communication is a basic skill across all industries and her was pathetic to say the least. Someone train that lady ASAP or move her on!!!!
