They are dodgy, better be careful before you buy/sell a car here. DMS always sell dodgy second-hand cars to the international because they know nothing (eg. safety cert). All the cars look good outside but inside was so bad. One of my friends bought her car here ($10000) and cost her another $3000+ to fix everything outside. They do provide free services or warranty but when you go and service your car, they will point out all the issues of your car and you have to pay to fix it. Before you purchase they are really nice to you but once you purchased they don’t even want to serve you for further enquiries(unless they can earn money). For those who wants to sell the car here, make sure you did a market research before you sell to them. They will definitely offer unreasonable low price and tell you how bad is your car’s condition and that makes you think you car is really that bad. Anyways, try to avoid buying/selling car here.

I have appointment with this dealer 10:30am.No one be there when I arrive.I make a call to him.He just tell me that he forgot.Not a good experience.

Highly recommend DMS car dealership, we bought 2 cars, 1 for commercial and 1 for our staff, great value and service. And the entire process is simple and straight forward.

Don‘t sell your car here. Not recommended. The boss was deceitful and tried to lie to me that my car was broken in many places, but I actually checked it out with a local mechanic and it wasn't like what he said. Fortunately, I didn’t believe him. If you have similar bad experience please report it to ACCC.

turned up on time for us to wait 20 minutes because they didn’t have the keys. i had to ask them to put the battery in so they can turn it on and it didn’t even start for some reason. fully lied about the kilometres, carsales said 140k but odometer read 230k!! the inside of the car was in very bad condition as well and it was a fairly high price. was very dodgy and do not recommend

sales person is really good and responsible for motors, just pick up a BMW from them

We helped a friend to inspect a car and we arrived 10minutes earlier before the inspection time. We contacted the dealer and was told that he was occupied with his child at home and that his wife was coming over. We waited for a while and called again and was told to wait for another 20mins. Afterwards, we found out that the car we were going to inspect was not available and it was taken for a service. We would highly appreciate if we were told that the car was not available prior to the inspection. Instead we waited for close to half an hour for nothing. Dealer was not punctual. Would not recommend.
