Joel from Total Solutions IT was an absolute lifesaver for Makepeace & Co and our IT requirements. On enquiry for support he visited our office in person and discussed our needs in an understandable way. He provided a quote (that was met) and during the project of transferring us to SharePoint, he was responsive as well as finished it well on time.He worked with us to ensure minimal disruption to services to our clients and even phoned me on the weekend to check that everything was fine after completion.
