Did the pre-purchase and roadworthy not 10 km down the road car had broken down. Guy was on the phone more than doing his job. Being from out of town thought i was dealing with a reputable company. Contacted them to let them know and never a word back. Definitely wouldn't recommend

Shane was fantastic. Great and friendly service. Rear pads and rotors, rear tyres and a service all diagnosed and repaired on the same day! Payment plan is an excellent option for an already great price.

Charged me $100 to just stand there and tell me nothing I didn't already know, after I was told when I booked in for my inspection that the person coming would be an expert on turbos. That wasn't the case oh he did plug in a little computer for 10sec I guess that is what cost the money.. also there website states no call out fee, so I definitely wasn't expecting a $100 charge. I will never use this service again.

Beware when using autoking...they contract out to various mechanical businesses so invoice was made out as a licencee to autoking but they give U a business card of their own business. .A bit dodgy to say the least...a few words written on an invoice of diagnostic issues..lady at autoking confirmed U DO use contractors so yr response is not true. Still waiting for refund as promised.

I needed a RWC in a hurry a bloke was coming from Bundaberg to buy a motorcycle I had advertised. I rang East Coast safety certificates and explain my situation.They went out of there way to organise someone to come ASAP and expect my bike.Rang them at approx 7:30 am , inspector was at my place by 11:00am and he had to fit me in to a allready busy day . Bike past inspection new owner arrived at 12:30 .Made the hole selling experience much easier.Happy I was not just treated as a NumberHighly recommended there services.
