My friend and I had booked in for back to back double appointment of manicures and pedicures. (We got a deal on groupon).My friend had to unfortunately cancel because she had food poisoning but the staff requested that I still attend my appointment.Upon attendance,I was notified that I was never booked in. When I corrected her that I was, she insisted that we were never booked in and that my friend was advised of this on the phone this morning.They then offered a spot 5 hours later. I explained that I had travelled nearly an hour to be here and I can't wait 5 hours for my appointment when I was supposed to be in at 1pm and was specifically told that morning that I can still keep my appointment.I was then able to produce the booking confirmation that showed that it was actually booked in for that date and time, to which I was met with yes well your friend cancelled it".First of all

When for a shellac a week ago. Day one 3 hrs later one is off, day 3 another is completely off day 4 another 3. My friend who gets hers done elsewhere hers is going strong even with hard wear n tear. Sure she has minor chips and is due to have it done again. But hers lasted. Disappointed next time I will go where she went. They are supposed to last 2 weeks.
