Took my Golf MK6 for oil pressure warning light & oil leak issues. Saad was very professional & knowledgable. Explained exactly what the issues are & what needs to be done. Took the car on date agreed & deliverd date agreed with everything fixed. Great team. Highly recommended.

Lied saying they had a new engine and turbo for us. Took more than a month longer than it should have and charged us 5.5K for a complete engine rebuild instead. First drive after picking it up it wouldn't start. 2 days later check engine lights on whenever we can get it to start. Absolute waste of time and money.in the process of legal action.

Took my car there with a blown engine. Car went back immediately after due to finding water in the oil. Used 1 new piston, charged for 8, used 8 V6 spark plugs (one was a completely different brand) on a V8 engine. Pumped that much sealant in to the head gasket that it blocked the water jackets, thermostat also seized due to overuse of sealant. Ran starter motor wiring the wrong way and the cable melted, nearly shorted out and caused a fire. Re-used old head bolts. Avoid like the plague.

These guys made it so we could buy a car that was so full of head gasket sealant that it overheated in 1 day and required a $6000 rebuild with an actual mechanic and now runs like a dream. We didn’t personally use their services but LMK confirmed working on the car prior to us buying the car.Our experience is identical to the non sham reviews for this business. How this business can trade is beyond me.

Used these guys for 2013 Mazda BT50 2.2 Duratech Diesel engine rebuild (Gumtree ad $5500). Initially the work seemed fine (5 stars), but after taking car back home realised all oil was leaked out of engine (-4 stars)! Work was not done correctly. They paid to tow the car back to Sydney from Canberra (so +1 star for that) for check and repair – work that should have been done at the beginning, additional $110 for extra part and another week and a half without the car. The turbo has a whine in it after 2 days when it was fine before, including first 300kms back to Canberra, and they are wiping their hands of the responsibility. Now I have to pay another $1500 for a new turbo (by a reputable mechanic) which is what I asked them to check and fix if required. These guys are churn and burn - so you are taking your chances with them. They are cheaper than anywhere in Canberra, and quick (two week turnaround as opposed to 3+months in Canberra), but may not actually do all the necessary work. Oh well, here I go and get a new turbo put in... will the fun never end? Oh, and after 3 months it leaks oil from the back of the head too.So a year to the day of getting the car back from them the engine died completely again. this time it was a blocked EMF which then burned a hole in the manifold and cooling system. Took it to a REPUTABLE mechanic and cost another $6500. something an engine rebuilder should have picked upwhen rebuilding the engine. So if possible I would give them another -4 stars. Sorry - but these guys DID NOT provide adequate attention to detail and I would NOT recommend them at all!

My beloved 2006 ml triton concked out and guys at LMK were just godsend. Very open and honest comms. Upfront about everything with photos and mini videos of the repairs. O had my engine full rebuild and let's just say they are very good at it. Cost was way cheaper than the next cheapest quote I had. Most other mechanic shops were discouraging and asking me to put in a replacement from wreckers. I am glad that I did rebuild. With warranty on the build and good service I am very happy that I got my car back.I know some people have posted bad reviews but my experience with these guys have been absolutely fantastic.Thank you guys at LMK and God bless you all.

Mazda BT-50 blown 2.2 Diesel EngineDidn’t replace rocker cover gasket, and now has bad oil leak (see photo), missing 2 screws from rocker cover, missing 2 screws from sump guard, didn’t reconnect wiring to battery for CB radio or driving lights, had puncture in rear tyre by big screw which they claimed came off the tow truck like that but then found another 5 or 6 of the same screws thrown in the back of the ute. Didn’t reconnect “catch can” which was fitted prior to repair and now the clutch doesn’t work properly. Not impressed at all by the lack of professionalism with this company. It is now with a reputable mechanic!
